QR Signs & Business Displays
Branded QR displays, menu stands, counter signs, and business card holders tailored to your business.
Advanced 3D printing, custom sheet metal fabrication, prototypes and integrated parts. From branded displays to specification-driven components, we review requirements and build with purpose.
QR counter signs, table displays, menu holders, and personalized fixtures made for the business you actually run. No bulk order required to ask for a quote.
DISCUSS A BUSINESS DISPLAYFeatured display is a design concept—not a photo of finished stock.

From individual printed parts to custom sheet metal work and mechanical assemblies, tell us what you need. We review the drawings, specifications, safety considerations, and available fabrication methods before quoting.

The material matters as much as the model. Alongside everyday PLA and PETG, we offer advanced filament options for functional prototypes, workshop applications, and purpose-built components.
For selected outdoor applications where UV and weather resistance matter.
Outdoor-oriented polymerA useful option for custom housings, prototypes, and parts needing more heat resistance than standard PLA.
Engineering thermoplasticFiber-reinforced filament options for applications where stiffness, surface finish, or dimensional behavior may benefit.
Base polymer specified per quoteReinforced filament options for selected custom parts and functional prototypes.
Base polymer specified per quotePLA • PETG • ASA • ABS • Carbon-Fiber-Filled • Glass-Fiber-Filled
Material availability, fit for use, temperatures, and mechanical suitability are reviewed for each project. Fiber-filled filaments vary by base polymer. No tested load ratings or certified structural performance are implied.
Our founder brings 15 years of government-contract manufacturing experience, including fabrication work supporting U.S. and international defense programs and military route-clearance vehicle platforms, including Buffalo and Husky vehicles.
That professional background includes attention to technical drawings, detailed specifications, precision workmanship, quality-control procedures, and familiarity with ITAR-controlled project requirements. Today, we also bring hands-on custom sheet metal and ductwork fabrication skills to practical customer projects.
Representative stock photographs of fabrication processes—not photographs of our facilities or prior defense projects.
Working from a drawing or specification? Tell us the application, quantities, materials, and timing. We'll review feasibility and next steps before quoting.
DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT ↗Strategic Fab Lab is a Baltimore-area custom 3D printing and fabrication business. Our work spans printed components, custom sheet metal, ductwork, practical prototypes, and project-specific mechanical assemblies.
We're building our business around quality, clear communication, and honest project quotes—not pretending every project is the same.
Bring us a sketch, a photo, a drawing, or a problem you need to solve. We'll help determine whether 3D printing, sheet metal, or another fabrication approach fits the job.
Forge is the name we give the AI assistant that helps Strategic Fab Lab explore new product ideas, develop design concepts, research materials, and think through pricing and business strategy.
It's a different kind of partnership: human craftsmanship, supported by AI-powered ideas. Real people make the decisions, work with customers, and create and inspect every printed product.
You don't need a 3D model or know anything about printing to ask for a quote.
Send a description, photo, sketch, or measurements and tell us how many you need.
We review design, material, quantity, feasibility, price, and timing before you commit.
Once you approve the quote, we fabricate or print the agreed work, inspect it as specified, and arrange delivery or handoff details.
One piece or a batch. Practical parts or custom displays. Start with a message.
Tell us what you need, how big it is, and when you need it. Photos and measurements help us give you a better quote.
Include a photo, approximate dimensions, and desired quantity if you can.

All orders and lead times are subject to project review and confirmation. Product illustrations are concepts, not photographs of finished inventory. Safety-critical applications, pressure-bearing components, regulated projects, and restricted or licensed designs require appropriate review and may be declined. No engineering certification or tested performance is implied unless separately agreed and documented.
